Returns & Exchanges

At Bunaai, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Approval

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and approve the pickup based on your reason for return and item condition.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  A courier partner will be scheduled to collect the package from your doorstep within 48-72 hours of approval; please keep the invoice ready.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
